Broker's Comments

This gorgeous antique launch was reported to be the tender to the Steam Yacht Malay that later served as USS Malay in World War 1. George Lawley & Son is the reported builder of the launch but little else is known of her history. This boat was originally built to be rowed but in the 1950's had a Palmer engine installed to make her a power vessel. She would do best with an owner who would use her and appreciate her for all her historical charm.

This boat is currently being spruced up. She will have wood work repairs and engine work done as well. Once the repairs are complete the price will be changed to reflect her updates.

Feel free to contact us in the mean time for any further information on her and also the work being done.
